The developer of the 5/3 Bank site on Murphy Road is seeking a zoning change to build a proposed 378,700 square foot efficiency hotel, office and retail project (that is ¾ the size of the Pinnacle Tower downtown). We are pleased to announce that with the support of our council member Kathleen Murphy, the council hearing to consider the zoning change has been deferred until Thursday, January 3rd. This delay gives the community, and our neighborhood, time to work with the developer to the extent they are willing or work to oppose the zoning change.
